Here is a sneak peak at one of the twelve tags I made for a swap, I belong to a stampers group called Stampgropers here in WA, we meet once a month and exchange ideas and swaps etc. It is an online group for West Australian stampers and is made up of some very uba talented ladies with a wealth of craft knowledge, not only in the stamping area but in jewelry, felting, glass, moulds, beading, just to mention a few. It's a very dynamic group and everyone is very friendly and generous with their advice. One of the many talented people who belong to this group "G" volunteered to host a swap in which we would make twelve tags using one of the techniques that Tim Holtz displayed on his blog over the Christmas months, we had to choose one of the techniques and make twelve tags {not Christmas themed} and in return we will receive twelve different tags, which will be bound together. This is the tag I made for the swap and I can't wait to see all the others. I used alcohol inks to stain the beads and ribbon, as well as the background card which I stamped with archival ink. have fun, thanks for your visit.
